• Co-led the creation of Tucker’s Public Works Department, ensuring faster road, sewer, and sidewalk maintenance.
• Spearheaded traffic calming measures on Brockett Rd. and Idlewood Rd., making neighborhood streets safer.
• Championed Safe Routes to School and new sidewalks on Brockett, Montreal, and Idlewood.
• Supported key infrastructure upgrades, including roundabout improvements and dam restoration at Johns Homestead & Henderson Park.

• Rezoned Lawrenceville Highway to attract business investment and revitalize a key gateway into Tucker.
• Led downtown rezoning efforts to guide responsible growth while preserving neighborhood character.
• Collaborated with the Northlake CID to improve the I-285/Lawrenceville Hwy entrance with new landscaping and signage.
• Took action on community safety with the demolition of the abandoned Cowan Rd. property.
• Committed to redeveloping underused areas and bringing new business to the Northlake Mall district.
